Since 2012, Brussels by Lights has been illuminating an increasing number of streets and shopping avenues across the City of Brussels, from the city centre to Neder-Over-Heembeek, and through to Haren and Laeken.
For several weeks, luminous displays transform the capital into a breathtaking light spectacle, bringing the festive magic to residents and shopkeepers alike.
During the last edition, Brussels shone with light creations of all shapes and forms: snowflakes, geometric jellyfish, snowmen… Meanwhile, the Marolles neighbourhood hosted a unique artistic experience, Marollescence, blending digital and physical art with an interactive mapping show on Place du Jeu de Balle.
